Are you passionate about maintaining and optimizing advanced automated systems Join our dedicated hybrid maintenance team at Vanderlandes state-of-the-art distribution center in Eidsvoll! As a Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability safety and performance of our automated material handling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated handling systems including electrical and mechanical components.
Conduct inspections (visual fault-finding and safety) as part of daily weekly and monthly routines.
Identify analyze and resolve system faults reporting issues and maintenance activities that require attention.
Replace machine spare parts and execute technical cleaning tasks.
Collaborate with the AS/RS (
Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems
) specialist and service technicians to optimize system performance.
Support the implementation of maintenance plans and work orders using the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS).
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Document all maintenance activities and findings accurately.
Work Schedule:
Shift-based coverage: Monday to Thursday 07:0023:00 Friday 07:0021:00 (including breaks).
Qualifications:
Middle level of technical education (vocational or technical qualifications in electromechanical fields preferred).
Experience in supporting automated systems with strong electromechanical skills.
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical fault-finding and rectification (e.g. inverters sensors gearboxes drives).
Ability to read electrical schematics wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Skilled in using standard electrical test instruments.
Flexibility to work in shifts and respond quickly to failures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage.
