Job Summary
We are looking for Maintenance Engineer- Technical Spare Parts Lead
Pnr: 22435
Job Description:
- Review and refine existing spare parts and inventory management procedures with focus on maintenance/reliability elements.
- Develop and formalise a Critical Spare Parts & Inventory Optimisation Framework aligned with industry standards and best practice.
- Define and implement criteria for critical spare parts identification and tagging in CMMS.
- Establish and maintain robust processes for min/max stock levels and reorder points based on data-driven analysis.
- Use historical consumption lead times and equipment failure data to guide recommendations.
- Implement the framework across existing FLNG units ensuring consistency and operational usability.
- Integrate the framework into newbuild/conversion project standards to secure operational readiness during design and commissioning.
- Collaborate closely with Asset Teams Supply Chain Technical Support Engineers Technical Authorities to validate and refine methodologies.
- Provide documentation governance procedures and training to embed sustainable practices across the business.
- Facilitate workshops to harmonise practices across FLNG units and secure team buy-in.
- Recommend and oversee improvements to CMMS master data quality and governance.
- Report on progress KPIs and continuous improvement opportunities to senior stakeholders.
