Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support in our retail environment. Responsibilities include offering knowledgeable assistance on golf equipment staying updated on current golf trends and demonstrating a strong willingness and ability to help others while contributing to the growth of our retail business. Additionally our Retail Sales Associates will occasionally support our online operations as needed. fosters a positive culture among the team and this position will be a leader of our core values. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused team-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
o Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
o Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment based on their needs and preferences.
o Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Golf Equipment Expertise:
o Stay informed about current golf trends and new products.

Sales Support:
