Applicants should possess a good bachelors degree with at least 1-2 years of full-time work experience preferably in taught postgraduate programme administration. They should be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) possess good organisational communication project management and problem-solving skills computer literacy and a passion for working with students from all backgrounds and cultures. They should also be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work well both independently and in a team as well as under pressure.
The appointee will provide administrative and clerical support to the Facultys taught postgraduate programmes including programme operations and student administration as well as recruitment and student admissions. He/She will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus and may occasionally need to work outside normal office hours including evenings and weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
