The Role:

We are looking for a passionateIndividual Contributorwhocanguideafamily offuture-oriented cloudproducts. Ideally you bringa track recordofworking in acomplexfast-pacedand agile organization. You will need to quicklyestablishcredibility and trust with key SAP leaders product marketing and product management teams engineering teams customers and your peers. As aProduct Manager you will have a CEO mindset meaning you have accountability for driving success and growth of your respective product area.

What Youll Do:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be a strong influencer across SAP and in the market

  • As a leaderfor the Cross Procurement products you will focus on the inter-connectednessof our Procurement suite

  • Ensure end-to-end integration of applications data and workflows across the Source-to-Pay process to optimize procurement operations

  • Drive strategic product plans by managing dependencies across internal and external teams and leading strategic planning initiatives

  • Lead all partnership activities within Procurement fostering collaboration with key stakeholders

  • Interface with central teams on strategy corporate development and M&A opportunities to align procurement objectives

  • Understand and take ownership of customer problems and turn them into product solutions from concept through to requirements design and delivery collaborating with product marketing engineering and other stakeholders in doing so

  • Engage customers partners and other stakeholders at all stages of the product lifecycle to ensure we are solving the right problems and building products our customers need

  • Be a spokesperson forSAP AribaSAP Fieldglassas well as theSAPBusiness Suitewith analysts press and influencers

  • Create a highly innovativecrossorganization with strong focus oncollaborationand leadership NPS

What You Bring:

  • 15 years of relevant work experience in the software industryspecificallyin Product Management

  • Expertisein cloud Procurement solutions

  • Excellent people &influencingskills and ability to deal with high pressure from internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent verbaland writtencommunication skills with customerspartnersand internal teams as well as board/executive level presentation skills

  • Ideally an internationaltrack recordshowcasing that you can effectively relate to multicultural teams

  • Strong customer focus withpreviousexposure to key customers as well as partner orientation

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with demonstrable success inpreviouspositions

  • Understanding of how to develop a product strategy and a product roadmap based on developing strong marketexpertisefor a topic or product area with the ability tocommunicate this strategy and roadmap at all levels

  • Fluent or near-native English language skills

  • Required tobein our SAP Palo Alto officeat least twice a week

Compensation Range Transparency: SAPbelieves the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 244700 - 602900 (USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
