PositionSummary

Reporting to the Director of Product Management the ProductTeamCoordinator willwork closely withProduct Managers Software Engineers and QA Testersto coordinate software deliveryactivities includingorganizing software team sessionsandstakeholder communications.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Managing New Requests

  • Oversee the intake and management ofcustomers and stakeholder requestsensuring timely review and assignment

  • Maintain and update dashboards to provide transparent visibility into project status for stakeholders and Product Managers

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency

  • Coordinate stakeholder communications including prompt follow-ups and regularstatus updates to ensure alignment and address outstanding issues

SoftwareTeam Coordination

  • Organize and facilitate delivery team activities including scheduling meetings securing release approvals and supporting the team with standardized templates and documentation

  • Assist Product Management in planning communicating and documenting software development activities with a focus on continuous process improvement

Release Management

  • Coordinate all aspects of release management including preparing approval cards organizing team alignment sessions scheduling meetings and maintaining release checklists

  • Manage release schedules for both legacy and current products ensuring timely coordination and communication with the Change Approval Board (CAB)

Product Launch Support

  • Lead cross-functional efforts between development marketing and customer support to ensure successful product launches

  • Communicate product status and upcoming releases to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to support project delivery

  • Remove blockers and facilitate smooth delivery by collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently

Comfortable using the development lifecycle tool Azure DevOps and collaboration platforms such as MicrosoftTeams to supportproductmanagement and engineering processes.

Analytical thinking for assessing risks and mitigating issues.

Works effectively with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and QA.

Education and Experience

  • 3-5years ofprofessionalexperience in project coordination or related roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software ()

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

  • PMI Certification or equivalent(Preferred)

  • Scrum Master Certification(Preferred)

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environmentin Orange CAand role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activitysuch aspreparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time non-exempt worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the office is expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

There is no major travel requirement for this position. However infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat is required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at User Conferences is as assigned.

Salary Range

The salary range is $31.00 - $35.00 offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
