Job Summary
Summary:
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of workers within the camp environment. This position ensures consistent delivery of high-quality nursing care both routine and emergency under the supervision of the camp doctor. The nurse is responsible for patient assessment medication administration health monitoring and promoting a safe hygienic living environment. By supporting medical operations and responding effectively to emergencies the nurse contributes significantly to the overall safety and operational continuity of the camp.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver routine and emergency nursing care to camp residents.
- Administer medications injections and IV therapy in accordance with medical prescriptions.
- Monitor vital signs and conduct patient assessments to identify health changes promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Perform wound care dressing changes and implement infection control protocols.
- Support the camp doctor in daily medical operations health screenings and emergency response.
- Promote health awareness and enforce hygiene and safety standards across the camp.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience.
- Proven proficiency in patient assessment vital signs monitoring and basic medical procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to administer medications injections and IV therapy safely and accurately.
- Competency in wound care infection control and emergency response including CPR and first aid.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required Skills:
