The role
As Events Coordinator you will be primarily located at Bradfield with occasional work from Penrith. Youll be at the heart of making Bradfield City come alive - organising events and visitor experiences that connect people with the citys vision. Youll handle everything from logistics and venue bookings to running tours and responding to enquiries making sure every event is smooth professional and memorable. You will also provide back up support for the Concierge.
Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines while keeping service standards high. Whether its coordinating with teams managing back-to-back projects or supporting daily operations your knack for problem-solving and attention to detail will help deliver standout experiences for everyone involved!
