Purpose: Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware or software. Responds to help requests isolates problems and determines and implements appropriate solution or escalates request to the appropriate level 2 team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Help Desk:
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk.
- Assigns or escalates requests to appropriate team members when necessary.
- Creates helpdesk tickets for any request that comes in through email or other communication channels for level 2 team members.
Target Compensation (Negotiable Based on Qualifications):
$18.00/hour-$20.00/hour
