Job Description: Help Desk Technician at Notified

About Notified: Notified is a communications platform for PR and IR professionals offering tools for press releases media monitoring event management IR websites and analytics. It is focused on integrated solutions for storytelling and is now part of Equiniti Group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone email or in-person and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide advice on the appropriate solution.
  • Install modify and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Offer guidance to end-users on the proper use of technology.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar role.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Desired Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in providing technical support.
  • Experience with PR or IR technologies is a plus.
  • Certifications in relevant IT fields.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $40000 - $45000 per year
