Position: Help Desk Technician

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for internal staff
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and applications
- Respond to Help Desk tickets and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Assist with network setup and maintenance
- Ensure security and privacy of systems and data
- Create documentation and training materials for end-users
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar role
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of operating systems networks and technical troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $35000 - $45000 per year
- Currency: USD
