About the role
The Case Manager provides collaborative and specialist family violence support and holistic and culturally safe case management to women and children experiencing or escaping family violence.
The Case Manager will provide specialist family violence risk assessments and support within the West Australian Common Risk Assessment Management Framework (CRARMF) and review regularly coordinate and work collaboratively with a range of services and stakeholders to support women and children reach their goals and maximize safety support the Family Support Worker in the delivery of the client led safety and case plan goals and provide culturally safe client led planning across a range of areas including safety independence well-being housing social inclusion and employment
This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Port Hedland WA within our Pilbara Services Program. The position reports to the Coordinator Hedland Womens Refuge.
