Join us for a day-long discovery program! This program isdesigned for women who are curious about careers in quantitative trading software development equity research and business operations at Susquehanna. This experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at how we think solve problems and evaluate talent acrossour roles.

Throughout the dayyoullhave the ability to hear from women across a variety of roles and seniority.Youllhave the abilitytoparticipatein a Q&A networking and candid conversations about navigating and thriving in quantitative careers.Theyllshare their career journeys discuss what success looks like across different teams and how to prepare for a rigorous interview process.Whetheryoureexploring career paths preparing for interviews or simply curious about the world of quantitative trading this program is designed to demystify the process build confidence andprovidepractical insight.

The event will be held July. We will be in touchregardingnext steps for attendance in May.
