IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Finance Lead at Envalior you will be leading change management in finance process automation ERP transitions as well as streamlining & harmonizing processes. You will actively drive financial transparency optimizing cost efficiency enabling business growth and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and corporate goals for the Americas.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Manage and guide the Financial Control team in the US Brazil and Mexico
• Financial Reporting and Compliance
• Conduct detailed financial analysis
• Oversee compliances
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for all entities
• Manage and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Adjust country organization & processes to Envaliors global standards
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements
• Support the Tax department
• Treasury management
• and more.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Chartered Accountant
• Leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of IFRS USGAAP and US Tax laws
• Strong people management skills
• Proven change management skills
• Strong command over Excel ERP systems (SAP)
• Analytical detail-oriented and process-driven
• Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-national collaboration
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Intercultural sensitivity
