Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support a critical healthcare environment. Reporting to the Operations Centre Team Leader in Adelaide you will manage client requests coordinate service delivery and ensure compliance with OHS & E standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable resilient and enjoys working in a small team focused on day-to-day client service operations
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming client calls and inquiries promptly.
- Lodge work requests via CMMS and coordinate with service providers.
- Maintain accurate records data entry and reporting of service requests.
- Handle complaints professionally and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with OHS & E policies and BGIS business systems.
- Support a small team while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Essential Qualifications Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Centre environment.
- Strong professional telephone manner attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word Excel Outlook and CMMS platforms.
- English Proficiency: CEFR level B2 or above
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Flexibility and resilience to handle a challenging team and environment.
- Proof of COVID vaccination and up-to-date immunisations.
Desirable
- Certificate IV in Customer Service.
- Experience in Facility Management or trade service coordination.
Workplace Flexibility
This is an on-site role at a Canberra healthcare facility with fortnightly shifts rotating between 8am4pm and 128pm Monday to Friday. Occasional public holiday work applies with penalty rates.
