Position: Executive Chef Clio
Salary: $75000 to $85000 per year with quarterly bonus opportunity
The Role:
As the Executive Chef at Clio youll collaborate with our General Manager and Director of Operations to create memorable guest experiences and a positive kitchen culture. Youll lead BOH operations focusing on quality and operational excellence.

Preferred Experience:
- 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume setting
- Culinary education preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office; Compeat Advantage experience is a plus
- Skills in food planning purchasing sanitation and team management

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute consistent high-quality food preparation that aligns with brand standards while upholding all safety and sanitation practices.
- Manage food costs through smart ordering inventory oversight portioning and waste reduction strategies.
- Oversee and develop a BOH team of 10 employees through clear communication coaching training and accountability.
- Foster a safe positive and collaborative kitchen environment for both employees and guests.
