JO&JOE has opened its new hostel in Auckland! And is looking for its next Housekeeping Supervisor.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by being part of the team! The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping team ensuring our spaces are always sparkling welcoming and ready for our guests and community.

Challenge 2: Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.

Challenge 3: Train motivate and supervise the housekeeping team ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Challenge 4: Manage daily schedules room assignments and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.

Challenge 5: Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback turning every interaction into a positive experience.

Challenge 6: Ensure strict adherence to health safety and hygiene regulations.

Challenge 7: Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction efficiency and cost control.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:

• Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum in housekeeping or similar role.
• Language required: English
• Previous knowledge in a hostel environment is a big plus!
