We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Technical Manager who combines strong technical depth with
leadership skills. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems mentoring teams and
staying close to technology while driving impactful projects.
Youll operate in a high-trust CI/CD environmentevery commit goes to production and theres no separate
QA team. That means youll be responsible for setting expectations and ensuring quality practices are
embedded in the development process. Youll drive the creation of automated test coverage strategies web
app development and documentation.
We work with the latest technology and plan to keep doing so. Our team uses tools like GitHub Copilot to help
with AI-powered coding Lucid for architectural design and were always open to trying new tools that can help
us create better experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:
Technical Leadership: Own architecture decisions ensure best practices and guide the team in building
high-quality applications.
Hands-On Contribution: Participate in code reviews troubleshoot critical issues and occasionally
contribute to coding for complex modules.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers fostering a culture of innovation and
accountability.
Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring timelines scalability and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business teams to align technical
solutions with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and introduce relevant tools and
practices to the team.
By leading the development of this cloud-native event-driven architecture youll enable rapid iteration
scalability and future extensibility of the RM Foundational Pilot platform.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical
experience).
10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with team management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for technology and continuous learning.
Experience in agile environments and modern development practices.
Frontend: Strong experience with Angular (latest versions).
Backend: Proficiency in Python OR C# for building APIs and services.
Database: Expertise in SQL and relational database design.
Solid understanding of software architecture design patterns and
microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging performance tuning and optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of event-driven and asynchronous workflows in cloud environments.
Familiarity with data platform integration including medallion architectures (Bronze Silver Gold) and
analytics consumption patterns.
Experience leading distributed teams across time zones (North America India).
Familiarity with data-driven compliance products supply-chain domains or enterprise security
standards (SOC 2 ISO 27001).
