Job Summary
Location: Noida
Experience: 9 to 12 years
Candidate Profile:
- Strong knowledge of AGILE ceremonies ( Refinement Estimations Daily scrum Retrospective Demonstration).
- Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies Iterative / Agile / Kanban
- Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of the sprint.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams Business Analyst and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of software estimation.
- Experience of working with European clients.
- Monitor sprint metrics (velocity burndown capacity) and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in JIRA is must
- Strong eye for detail and keen focus on results with a flexible can-do approach
- Practicing Servant Leadership
- Strong understanding of CI/CD process followed and awareness to tools
- Good to have previous experience in dev and understands the technical design and implementation of the projects
