Job Summary
Strong experience as a Scrum Master in BI Analytics or Data-driven programs
Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe frameworks
Solid understanding of BI & Reporting delivery lifecycle
Power BI dashboards
Semantic models
KPI definitions and reporting logic
Data engineering dependencies
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage dependencies across multiple BI workstreams
Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)
Exposure to Power BI SQL data warehousing concepts or analytics platforms
Experience supporting large enterprise clients in reporting or analytics domains
Familiarity with release management change requests and managed services models
Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team Agile setups
Understanding of data governance security and access control in reporting platforms
Exposure to GenAI / AI-assisted analytics initiatives (nice to have)
