DescriptionWe are looking for a Manager of Product Management to lead a diverse team of talented product managers based in Brno Czech Republic and Barcelona Spain. The team owns and drives multiple strategic areas across NetSuite including Analytics & BI collaboration tools (tasks notes todos) audit and compliance (e.g. audit logs HIPAA) document management communication frameworks (email notifications) and data management utilities (CSV import/export print templates). The team is also actively exploring and delivering AI-powered features including applications of Generative AI across several of these product areas.
This role will shape the long-term vision ensure cross-area alignment foster customer empathy and mentor a strong team to deliver best-in-class experiences across these horizontal platform capabilities while helping embed AI/GenAI capabilities to improve customer value and product differentiation.
This is a key leadership role responsible for setting vision driving strategy and fostering product excellence across a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
You will work closely with engineering UX technical documentation and other product teams around the globe. Youll also serve as a key product leader across NetSuite influencing cross-functional decisions and ensuring high customer value delivery.

- Align product efforts with company objectives market trends and customer needs.

- Stay ahead of market and technology trends across analytics AI/ML GenAI enterprise collaboration data governance and cloud extensibility.
- Drive cross-functional alignment ensuring synergy across product lines horizontal frameworks and technical architecture.
- Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for analytics innovation AI adoption privacy-first compliance and customer enablement.
Operational Excellence- Lead quarterly and annual planning prioritization and roadmap development.
- Foster a strong product culture rooted in customer empathy innovation quality and ownership.
- Inspire mentor and grow a team of experienced product managers across multiple product areas.
- Ensure high executional quality in feature definition delivery and adoption across all teams.
- Implement consistent product management practices rituals and feedback loops across the organization.
- Manage trade-offs between long-term platform investments and short-term feature velocity.
- Inspire coach and scale a team of PMs across Brno and Barcelona.
- Create clarity in ownership across strategic product areas and coach PMs to own roadmaps end-to-end.
- Provide consistent and thoughtful feedback career mentorship and growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy- Serve as the key contact for executive stakeholders across product development sales customer success and support.
- Champion Analytics Collaboration & Platform Experiences internally and externally.
