About the Job
The Instructional designer with German and Englishwill be responsible for the design of Akkodis online training courses activities and programs. They will collaborate with internal partners to complete a regular training needs analysis that defines the highest training organizational priorities. As addition they will be in charge of the organization of the Induction Program training sessions and all related activities for the new hires.
You will:
- Consults analyses develop and edit highly engaging and interactive online learning solutions and assessment tools
- Identifying knowledge gaps through in-depth research including consultations with clients and Subject Matter Experts.
- Planning and organization of learning processes taking into account different learning methods and styles
- Prepare store edit and update the documentation of all online materials
- Administer all online courses and programs in Akkodis Bulgaria internal Learning Management System
If you have:
- Strong proficiency with industry standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite Storyline and Captivate)
- Excellent written and oral German & English skills min B2
- Familiar with website design video technology and editing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail
