Commercial Insurance Sales Manager
Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Manager to lead a growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and a proven track record of achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and mentor a team of commercial insurance sales agents to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Develop and execute department strategies to grow market share while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation improve customer satisfaction and streamline sales processes.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor evaluate and forecast sales performance.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities to the sales team promoting professional growth and enhancing product knowledge.
- Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking activities.
- Foster an inclusive and equitable work environment that celebrates diversity and encourages creativity.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products policies and underwriting procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $120K-$150K (depending on experience)
