Job Description

Join a team driving innovation in RF and microwave technology. Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace defense and communications. Our products support critical missions across global markets including aviation radar Satcom space and electronic warfare. If youre organized detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.

What youll do

• Provide clerical and organizational support to the sales department
• Compile and track daily sales reports to maximize revenue
• Generate and process quotations customer orders and maintain pricing tables
• Communicate timely updates to customers on shipping dates delays and order status
• Assist in resolving scheduling shipping or invoicing issues to ensure on-time delivery
• Interface with customers to provide input status updates and present quotations
• Maintain a clean organized workspace and uphold professional standards

What you need

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (required)
• 13 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents refugees and asylees) (required)
