- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support overall new business success
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- Proven track record of managing sales professionals using structured activity guidelines and performance metrics
- Demonstrated success leveraging technology-based measurement and CRM tools
- Strong professional presence with well-developed consultative selling skills
- Excellent presentation communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/contact-management platforms (e.g. Salesforce ACT or similar systems)
Working Environment / Safety RequirementsExperience- Minimum of three (3) years of B2B outside sales experience focused on new account generation preferably in a service-based sales environment
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing sales professionals including prospecting selling account growth and retention
- Relevant industry experience strongly preferred
Travel Requirements- Willingness to travel as required including occasional overnight travel
Education- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
