Job Summary

Visas Internship Program provides an immersive 12-week journey where youll work on impactful projects that drive Visas mission forward. As a Visa intern youll build valuable connections across the organization sharpen your communication and business acumen and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment.

The Corporate Strategy teams tackle some of Visas toughest questions to chart our long-term strategy. Our Corporate Strategy group is composed of six distinct teams: a Global Strategy team - driving strategy work across Visas businesses geographies and functions and five regional teams - driving strategy work in each of Visas five geographic regions. 

As an MBA intern on the Corporate Strategy team youll gain exposure to the strategic and operational topics shaping the future of payments and commerce.

What Youll Do:

  • Contribute to key workstreams that support Visas corporate strategy initiatives.
  • Help structure and analyze business problems by collaborating with internal stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • Develop fact-based quantitative insights to inform recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and communicating findings to the Corporate Strategy team and broader audiences.
  • Participate in strategy and payments-focused learning sessions to deepen your industry knowledge.

This internship is designed to give you meaningful experience mentorship and networking opportunities that can serve as a foundation for a future career at Visa.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a MBA Degree with a graduation date in December 2026-August 2027; 4 years of relevant work experience.
  •  Strong communications skills specifically the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in management consulting corporate strategy investment banking or equivalent
  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry not required but a plus
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor attention to detail and ability to structure and analyze sophisticated financial modeling
  • Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $60.00/hr. which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. 

Work Authorization: Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position. Future sponsorship will not be considered. 
 
Work Hours:Varies upon the needs of the department 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. 

Travel Requirements:This position requires travel5-10% of the time. 

Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
