Job Summary

The Human Resources Internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions including talent acquisition employee engagement HR administration and compliance. As a Human Resources Intern you will work closely with HR professionals support day-to-day operations and gain practical exposure to people-focused processes that support a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scan organize and upload paper documents for secure digital storage in HR systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Run and support weekly new hire orientation sessions prepare materials track attendance and assist new employees with onboarding requirements.
  • Complete regular audits of digital employee files to ensure documentation is accurate complete and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes scheduling interviews coordinating candidate communications and supporting new hire hiring processes.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records HR systems and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities recognition programs and internal communications.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks including calendar coordination filing scanning and process documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates.
  • Confidentiality & Integrity Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues ask thoughtful questions and support solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfort learning HR systems and applicant tracking systems.

    • JIRA Office 365 ADP SmartRecruiters Digital Drawer and other software.
  • Equipment
    • Computer phone high-speed internet and other standard office tools.

Education & Qualifications

  • Earning a degree in Human Resources or related fields

Working Conditions

  • Office-based position in a well-lit climate-controlled environment.
  • Hours are 7 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday in office.
