The Human Resources Internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions including talent acquisition employee engagement HR administration and compliance. As a Human Resources Intern you will work closely with HR professionals support day-to-day operations and gain practical exposure to people-focused processes that support a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes scheduling interviews coordinating candidate communications and assisting with new hire onboarding.
- Assist with maintaining employee records HR systems and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities recognition programs and internal communications.
- Assist with preparing onboarding materials coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring new hires have a smooth start.
- Support HR reporting audits and compliance-related tasks including tracking training and required documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks including calendar coordination filing and process documentation.
Qualifications :
- Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates.
- Confidentiality & Integrity Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues ask thoughtful questions and support solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfort learning HR systems and applicant tracking systems.

Education & Qualifications
- Earning a degree in Human Resources or related fields
Working Conditions
- Office-based position in a well-lit climate-controlled environment.
- Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday in office.
