Role Overview:
Huntsman CorporationsPolyurethanesCustomerFulfilmentteam is searching for an experienced CustomerFulfilmentRepresentative in ourHUBin Krakow. The CustomerFulfilmentRepresentative supports the delivery of defined high quality transactional and business service associated with the order fulfilment process. We are looking for someone that is passionate about providing the best customer service and solutions with a focus on effective problem solving and ability to analyse challenging situations. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you willbe responsible formanaging multiple accounts in a specified region for the entire process: from order to delivery.You will take full accountability for customer orders deliveries (all mode of transports)and related processes.

Role Responsibilities:
As aCustomerFulfilmentRepresentativePU you willbe responsible for:
Completing theCSprocess from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to dispatch and then invoice using standard SAP processes andfunctionality.
Assureaccurateordertocash process and master data in SAP.This may also involve proactivelylocatingor monitoring orders from customers based on order patterns knowledge of customerrequirementsor guidance from salesorganization.
Proactivelydetectpreventand resolve issues related to orders and deliveries to ensure OTIF right first-time execution andKey Performance IndicatorsService Level Agreements and Quality Standards targetsare met. Use theappropriate businesstools tomonitororders and related exceptionhandling.
Daily contact withCustomers and be the link between customers sales technical support credit control supply chain logistic service provider and other O2C related departments.
Maintain excellent relationships with Customers and internal and external stakeholders by providing relevant process and business information and by proactively following up the orders and deliveries.
Monitoring customer accounts and/or order book status on a regular basis resolving problems with potential customer impact including credit blocks and delivery issues.
Controlling the delivery process within SAP preparing associated documentation for goodsdispatch.
Ensuring all processed dispatches are ready for billingthe systemhousekeepingis up to date and all outdated stock demands are removed promptly.
Referringavailability/forecastissues to the daily hotspot meeting for resolution with relevant parties.
Ensuring the correct documentation handling amendments legalizations and certifications as specified in quotation andorder todelivery process.
Manage operationally Vendor Managed Inventory / Consignment in close collaboration with the customer.
Controlling the settlement process for rebates and commissions associated with theallocatedcustomer base.
Providingback-upfor other CSRswhen. Be a team player.
Experience and Competencies:
We are looking for experienced candidateswith great attention to detail and the ability to find the best solution for the customer and the business.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors or mastersdegree
Previousprofessional experience in the Customer Service / Order Management fieldina similarenvironment.
S&OP experience is a strong plus.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ideally with SAP experience.
Excellent communicationinfluencingand problem-solving skills with the ability to understandcustomersand supply chain challenges and deliver solutions in a professional and positive manner.
Fluency inGermanandEnglish
Detail orientedorganizedwith asystematic approachandflexibilityto adapt toa demandingenvironment.
Team Player and can do/positive attitude.
Ability toworkindependentlyandcollaboratively with others to meet sharedobjectives.
