German Speaking Banking Customer Care Specialist

Location: Szczecin Poland
Hybrid position (office remote)

Introduction

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented German Speaking Banking Customer Care Specialist to join a leading financial services support team in Szczecin Poland. In this hybrid role you will assist German-speaking customers with banking inquiries deliver high-quality support and contribute to excellent customer experiences. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers solving problems and working in a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking banking customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products services and transactions
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations efficiently and with empathy

  • Accurately document customer interactions and process transaction requests
  • Follow internal procedures compliance rules and quality guidelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support delivery

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken

  • Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Customer-centric mindset with professionalism in every interaction

  • Previous experience in banking financial services or customer care is an advantage
  • Ability to work in the Szczecin Poland hybrid model as required by the company
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Poland is mandatory (we can proceed only with candidates who meet this requirement)
