Job Summary
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline preferably in Building Services
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience gained in residential / commercial properties
- Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems building services systems and contractor management
Remarks
- The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services systems in the residential properties managed by the Corporation
- Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
- Attend meetings with residents developers contractors and the Owners Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues
