Position Summary:
Were seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our customer success organization. Reporting to our Implementation Manager in this role you will work with cross-functional partners to coordinate and support customer success teams in creating and executing retention initiatives to achieve business goals. If you possess strong organizational skills effective communication and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment this role could be an excellent fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage day-to-day tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support ensuring execution of retention initiatives.
- Scheduling and Tracking: Create and maintain project work schedules track customer requirements and translate requests into project deliverables while monitoring workflow to meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Resource Management: Prioritize needs effectively manage resources and complete necessary tasks to ensure project success.
Location:
In this hybrid role you will be required to work onsite from our Melbourne office 2 days a week
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of non-project management professional experience
- Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation
- Quality-focused; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving & analytic ability
