Minimum Qualifications
A graduate degree in public administration public policy or related field. At least two (2) years of professional experience in public administration or public policy including work experience with a public agency consultancy or non-profit working in a public service area.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate teaching experience in public administration public policy or related area. Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in education and public service settings. Communicates effectively. Maintains professional composure and demeanor at all times. Demonstrated expertise in leadership and organization behavior. Promotes the vision mission and core values of McGeorge School of Law. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
