Job Description

The Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) invites applications for a 9-month tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Management beginning Fall 2026. This position has primary teaching responsibilities in the areas of Human Resource Management and/or Organizational Behavior at the graduate and undergraduate level and may require a combination of classroom hybrid and online courses. This position will be located at the TAMU-CC campus in Corpus Christi Texas.

Required Qualifications:

Doctoral degree in Management or related field from an AACSB-accredited institution. Advanced ABD will be considered; degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
Demonstrated record of scholarly research and publication in accordance with faculty qualifications.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching in related management areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant professional experience (e.g. manager HR professional consultant)
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP PHR/SPHR PMP)
Experience teaching online courses
Experience teaching graduate courses
