In this newly created role you will play a central part in establishing the full supply chain operation for device trade-in programmes in the Dutch market.
This position requires a balance of strategic thinking hands-on operational setup supplier management and cross-functional collaboration. Youll work closely with both the client and internal operational teams to build a seamless sustainable and scalable supply chain that supports insurance and trade-in programmes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain setup for the Netherlands
- Establish the full trade-in supply chain operation
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs commercial objectives and service expectations
- Build and manage the relationship with the client as the key supply chain point of contact
- Forecast and plan demand in alignment with programme requirements
- Collaborate internally with EU teams who already run mature trade-in operations
Role Requirements
- Strong experience in supply chain management - ideally within telecoms electronics device lifecycle or a related sector.
- Proven ability to set up or transform supply chain operations
- Experience working with external partners vendors or clients in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills to manage forecasting supply/demand balance and cost controls
- Ability to work independently and autonomously while collaborating with international teams
