As chapter lead dev engineer within Loan Origination you will work at the heart of major initiativesCLO modernization pricing and covenant engines workflow automation platform integrations and AIenabled transformation. Roles and responsibilities

• Lead the Loan Origination Dev Chapter setting engineering standards and driving deep expertise in wholesale lending processes and technology.
• Develop coach and inspire chapter members fostering a culture of learning collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Align chapter deliverables with the Wholesale Banking Lending strategy and ensure all development work meets regulatory and architectural expectations.
• Drive innovation by promoting digitalization automation and the use of advanced tools analytics and modern engineering practices in origination workflows.
• Safeguard governance and compliance across origination activities ensuring adherence to internal policies external regulations and riskcontrol standards.
• Own knowledge management maintaining and evolving best practices methodologies and technical capabilities within the chapter.
• Collaborate with key stakeholdersProduct Managers Product Leads IT Area Leadsto optimize client journeys and align engineering outcomes with business priorities.
• Oversee solution design and implementation ensuring systems are robust scalable secure and fit for production.
  
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks in loan origination processes through strong engineering and operational controls.
• Drive measurable performance improvements such as increased efficiency reduced cycle times and higher system reliability.
