Job Summary
Introduction
A well-established agricultural environment in the Cederburg is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager to oversee primary and occupational health services coordinate rural community health initiatives and ensure high-quality clinical governance across on-site facilities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification: MBChB or Diploma/Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health
- Registered Healthcare Practitioner
- Minimum 5 years experience in community or rural healthcare including leadership exposure
- Dispensing qualification advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Primary Healthcare and Occupational Health principles
- Exceptional leadership communication and organisational abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Compassionate professional and committed to improving community health outcomes
- Ability to speak and understand Afrikaans is preferred
