Seeking a highly skilled and motivatedFinancial Controller to join a dynamic Finance team who are passionate about driving financial excellence and operational efficiency - CA(SA) from the manufacturing industry
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage internal and external audit relationships.
- Review weekly flash reports and support central office reporting.
- Improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
- Design implement and maintain effective accounting programs controls and processes.
- Drive optimization of divisional accounting systems people and resources to ensure performance excellence.
- Monitor processes systems and trends to enhance productivity and support strategic objectives.
- Manage change and improvement projects including benchmarking and recommending enhancements to accounting and IT systems.
- Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of accounts taxation budgets and forecasts.
- Oversee financial management and internal controls.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors business units and suppliers.
- Lead develop and manage divisional accounting staff and performance.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Qualifications
- CA(SA) qualification.
- At least 3 years management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Staff management experience

- Strong systems knowledge and analytical capability.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage multiple priorities.
