Our client is a top-notch technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Talent Management and Development:
  • Develop strategies and directly lead recruitment activities to seek and attract talent for the company.
  • Lead succession planning rotation and development of the leadership pipeline to ensure sustainable human resources for the organization.
HR System Architecture:
  • Build and standardize the entire system policies processes and HR platforms (competency frameworks performance management compensation) at the group-wide scale.
Culture Development & Engagement:
  • Inspire connect and create a high-performance work environment where everyone is empowered and able to grow.
Digital Transformation & HR Operations Optimization:
  • Lead the application of technology data (People Analytics) and AI in HR operations to enhance efficiency and experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Director or equivalent role at large corporations with 2000 employees; technology groups preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing an HR function with strong performance.
  • Successfully large-scale HR transformation projects such as organizational restructuring building the HRBP model and implementing HRIS/HCM.
  • Demonstrated track record in strategic planning and effective execution across key HR areas:
  • Leading large-scale recruitment campaigns to timely support business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing Competency Frameworks and Total Rewards.
  • Enhancing Employee Experience (EX) and shaping corporate culture.
  • Leading HR digital transformation and making decisions based on People Analytics.
  • Transformational leadership: Able to inspire influence take initiative and act decisively toward common goals.
  • Proficient in English.
