Full-time term-time role
Responsibility for recruitment paperwork onboarding HR databases
Ensuring all compliance and safeguarding checks are fully up to date
This is an organised respectful school with strong pastoral systems and a leadership team deeply committed to professional integrity and wellbeing. The HR team interacts daily with staff senior leaders external agencies and governors making professionalism essential.
Managing safer recruitment processes
Updating single central record
Maintaining staff HR files and absence logs
Supporting appraisal documentation
Liaising with payroll and HR partners
Ensuring full compliance with KCSIE and safeguarding standards
HR or school admin experience desirable
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and confidentiality
Ability to manage competing deadlines calmly
Paid on the support staff scale.
