Experience and Qualifications

Qualified EAL Teacher or English specialist with experience supporting learners with English as an Additional Language
Strong understanding of language acquisition literacy development and effective EAL strategies
Ability to support students across KS3KS5 including those preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels
QTS PGCE CELTA DELTA TESOL or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Commitment to high standards excellent communication and collaborative practice
Sensitivity to cultural diversity and a passion for supporting multilingual learners
Eligibility to work in the UK
