The role Head of Year:

The Head of Year will lead a secondary year group embedding high standards of behaviour and attendance
As Head of Year you will create a positive aspirational culture where pupils feel supported and challenged
The Head of Year will oversee pastoral systems attendance strategies and pupil wellbeing
Work closely with families to build strong partnerships that support pupil progress
The Head of Year will deliver character education through assemblies daily routines and consistent messaging
