- Build staff capacity through targeted training and mentoring focused on inclusive classroom practice.
- Strengthen collaborative working with Sheffield services health professionals and families to meet childrens needs.
Person specification
- Qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation or equivalent experience in SEND leadership.
- Thorough knowledge of national SEND guidance and experience of multi-agency working in Sheffield.
- Proven ability to lead staff development analyse outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
- Calm compassionate and resilient with strong organisational skills.
- Ready to start January 2026 and to establish strong local partnerships across Sheffield.
