Viking Travel Care is part of the Viking Assistance Group a Nordic leader in emergency services and travel assistance. While Viking is widely recognized for its Roadside Assistance operations across the Nordics Viking Travel Care is a dedicated business unit focused exclusively on delivering world-class medical and travel assistance to customers around the globe. As we expand our operations in Spain we are seeking a business-oriented and structured professional to join our Travel Care team.
Role Overview
This is a dedicated position for Viking Travel Care focused on driving operational excellence process improvement and business growth within our travel assistance business. You will work closely with Travel Care management and specialists to identify improvement opportunities lead initiatives and support the implementation of scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business improvement initiatives that enhance performance and customer value within Viking Travel Care.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize and document core service processes.
- Translate operational insights into actionable improvements that support scalability and efficiency.
- Coordinate project activities including planning stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems (e.g. telephony systems AI tools etc.) to improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- 2 years experience in business development operations or consulting with a focus on process improvement.
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge existing practices constructively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
- Fluent in English. Nordic language skills are a plus but not required.
