Professional knowledge/skills: Blood glucose monitoring Interpretation & communication of lab values Seclusion protocols/procedures. Therapeutic Approaches/Treatment Modalities: Behavior management techniques Crisis Intervention De-escalation techniques Managing Assaultive Behavior Psychoeducation. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: Crittenton has 4 units of patients staffed with 1 RN per unit and Behavioral Health Techs staffed in ratio with patients per physician order; 1:1 1:2 1:3 or 1:4. RNs cover 8-12 patients supporting medication passes and guiding overall unit with Techs directly observing and documenting on patients. MoVechs is a multi-step MO state background check requirement that is completed through Missouri s DSS. MoVechs process takes at minimum 3 weeks to clear and requires traveler s involvement and responsiveness. Initial application must be submitted within 1 week of start. Once preliminary approval is obtained traveler will be required to mail and/or email required DSS and state documents. Required forms can vary based on locations traveler has lived. Traveler may need to follow up with DSS contacts throughout MoVechs process until final approval is obtained. Candidates MUST be responsive and complete all required documentation ASAP. The following must be completed within 1 week of signed contract or traveler will be at risk of cancellation/pushed start date: Docusign packet must be completed.
