Full-time Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner needed for an inpatient behavioral health center. This is a full-time employed position. Deliver comprehensive medical care for patients ages 5 and older. Work closely with an interdisciplinary mental health team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- 7 days on w/7 days off block schedule; 10-hour shifts
- Complete initial medical evaluations & H&Ps w/in 24-hrs of admission
- Provide follow-ups diagnostics & discharge planning
- Collaborate with psychiatrists psychologists therapists & support staff
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions medications & lifestyle changes

What Were Looking For:
- Active Alaska NP/APRN license or ability to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- AANPCB Board Certification
- Minimum 1 yr inpatient or acute care exp preferred (behavioral health a plus)
- Strong communication collaboration & patient-first approach
