Job Summary

Salesforce Architect Utilities Domain
Location: Noida (Onsite) Need to work Nightshift
Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong Utilities domain expertise to lead solution design integration and implementation for large-scale enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution design.
Work closely with business teams in Utilities (Electric Gas Water) for requirements and solution mapping.
Define integration patterns across Salesforce and enterprise systems.
Provide technical leadership across configuration customization and development.
Ensure governance scalability and best practices across all Salesforce implementations.
Support functional and technical teams during build testing and deployment phases.

Required Skills

10 years of IT experience with 6 years in Salesforce architecture roles.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud.
Domain experience in Utilities (must-have)-Customer Service Billing Field Services Meter-to-Cash etc.
Hands-on experience with Apex LWC Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Flows Data Modeling.
Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio / Vlocity (preferred).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Architect or Consultant certifications highly desirable.
