REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 11 Years
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience writing user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Work in shift till 1pm EST (11:30 am to 8:30 pm IST in summers 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST in winters).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and validate requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
- Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business value effort risk and dependencies.
- Lead backlog grooming sprint planning sprint reviews and refinement sessions.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers administrators architects and QA teams.
- Clarify requirements resolve questions and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
- Communicate progress risks and changes to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support release planning testing documentation and deployment activities.
- Conduct product demos and provide end-user training when required.
- Drive user adoption through effective communication training and feedback collection.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
