Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

Total Experience 11 Years
Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Hands-on experience writing user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Work in shift till 1pm EST (11:30 am to 8:30 pm IST in summers 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST in winters).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and communicate the Salesforce product vision strategy and roadmap.
Ensure Salesforce initiatives align with business goals and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and validate requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.
Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog.
Prioritize backlog items based on business value effort risk and dependencies.
Lead backlog grooming sprint planning sprint reviews and refinement sessions.
Work closely with Salesforce developers administrators architects and QA teams.
Clarify requirements resolve questions and remove delivery roadblocks.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements.
Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
Communicate progress risks and changes to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support release planning testing documentation and deployment activities.
Conduct product demos and provide end-user training when required.
Drive user adoption through effective communication training and feedback collection.
Identify opportunities for process optimization automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
