Job Summary

Responsibilities

Diagnose troubleshoot and repair diesel engines trailers and heavy equipment
Perform routine and preventative maintenance
Repair/replace brakes hydraulics electrical components hoses seals etc.
Inspect equipment for safety and proper operation
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Communicate repair needs and timelines with supervisors and operators

Requirements

Experience required as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
Own basic mechanic tools (specialty tools provided)
Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus)
Commitment to safety and quality work
