Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for heavy civil projects including earthwork underground utilities and infrastructure work
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze labor equipment and material costs
Develop competitive pricing strategies with constructability and execution in mind
Solicit review and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
Identify project risks and incorporate mitigation strategies into estimates
Support proposal preparation and ensure smooth handoff to operations teams

Qualifications:
0 5 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
Experience supporting medium to large-scale civil projects
Strong understanding of earthwork and underground utilities
Proficiency with Bid2Win AGTEK or similar estimating software
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
0 5 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
Experience supporting medium to large-scale civil projects
Strong understanding of earthwork and underground utilities
